Fineholm's system for organising maintenance and repairs is slow and completely inadequate. We feel abandoned by them when we need something urgently. Fineholm's system for organising maintenance and repairs is slow and completely inadequate. We feel abandoned by them when we need something urgently. Since moving to this property it has taken two months to get hot water and we have been left for a month with out a fridge. We were ignored and pushed aside, leaving no options for storing food other than the windowsill. I hope they can listen more to the needs of the tenants rather than sending one repairman a week. I feel we are not being too demanding in our needs.

My husband and I came to the Glasgow Branch to review our new tenancy with Fineholm. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. We were seen very promptly by Linda and Annie. I have used a number of letting agencies previously and genuinely found that Fineholm have been the best; treating the tenant with respect can be a rare trait with letting agencies but with Fineholm it was the norm. Linda in particular was very helpful and managed to finalise all details for me to move into the property in a very short timeframe, and also over the Christmas period.

I have already recommended Fineholm Lettings to my colleagues and would not hesitate in using them again.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have done their job. They fail to communicate in all areas. Between themselves, tenants and landlords.

2)Failed communication throughout my entire stay. Failed to send me a proper termination letter.
3)Scooped half of my deposit and failed to communicate with the landlord to allow dispute resolution.
Horrible, arrogant service where tenant is seen as a burden.
4) My tenancy ended on 28 February 2014 and to date (July 2014) I am still dealing with safedeposits scotland to be able to receive my deposit.

My partner and I dealt with Linda burns from the Glasgow branch in the month of december 2012.
due to this being our first property rental together my partner and i were in agreement that we needed someone trustworthy and approachable to deal with the whole process.
in dealing with Linda she made the experience very enjoyable for us both, everything was dealt in a swift and professional manner with our every need being met.
we viewed the property on the friday and we had the keys the following friday.
I would recommend anyone use fineholm to anyone.
