During your tenancy we have not experienced any issues and at check out we must minimise social contact and therefore request tenants are not present. We do provide a full check out report and if not happy with findings we can go through the deposit process whereby an independent adjudicator can analyse findings. It is disappointing to read your comments about the daily management of the property; we would however, disagree with the comments made in your review. Whilst there were many issues noted throughout the duration of your tenancy, these were dealt with and the work orders noted on our system with completion would suggest this.
