Fineholm are very professional, fair and efficient at handling lettings and maintenance in a timely manner. The only negative comment I can make on Fineholm and is why I have not given them a 5 star rating, is that they need to be tougher on their contractors, who do cleaning and other maintenance ... Fineholm are very professional, fair and efficient at handling lettings and maintenance in a timely manner. The only negative comment I can make on Fineholm and is why I have not given them a 5 star rating, is that they need to be tougher on their contractors, who do cleaning and other maintenance jobs etc. other than that point Fineholm are excellent.

I have been associated with Fineholm for the last 4 years, when they have both managed the rental of my property and then recently the sale. Both the Rental Team and the Sales Team are brilliant - they are fantastic support and always available to discuss through issues. Jill (Rental) was a comfort at a difficult time with a tenant, and Laura (Sales) was fantastic at answering all my (often nagging) questions and considering my needs. They are attentive, responsive and incredibly supportive. I would recommend them for both property management and property sales.

Fineholm have provided an excellent, highly professional service in managing my flat. I don't have to worry about anything.
