Absolutely top class service. We have been with the agency for over two years now and we have never had any problems. All agents and our account manager, Dawn, in particular are very knowledgeable and very efficient in the way their work, their communication and their overall performance.
We have dealt with few other agents / agency for different reasons and Fineholm is in a class of their own, there are no grounds for comparing.

The holding deposit for our property was £750 but that's to be expected when renting a property over £1,000 a month. I was happy to pay this as it meant we had less to pay when we moved in.

I loved how organized Dawn was and how efficiently the paperwork/tenancy documentation was issued. I can't stress enough how much easier this was from any other letting agent I have used.
I highly recommend Fineholm to both tenants and landlords.

As a tenant new to Glasgow, I received speedy, friendly and accurate service from Dawn in moving in and from Leanne and other colleagues throughout my time in terms of both the paperwork and practical arrangements. Personally speaking the fees are worth every penny. People may not be aware that Fineholm offer different type of management, from total hands on to simply finding a tenant.

The advice and assistance I have received from Fineholm has been first class. I was looking for advice regarding my property and was guided through the procedure every step of the way by Dawn and Caroline. There were times when I was quite stressed however, I was able to phone Dawn and Caroline and they both were very helpful, reducing my stress levels. Samantha in the maintenance department should also get a mention as she has been professional throughout. I shall continue to use Fineholm.

Thereafter Dawn Blackwood (for some reason her name is not on the Staff list on this website!) guided me through the process very efficiently and professionally to the point of signing the lease. I then met with Amanda (having spoken to her previously on the phone) to go through the Inventory and she also was extremely helpful and efficient. On a general note, they were accessible (also, staff answering the phone or greeting on arrival very hepful and pleasant) either by phone, e-mail or personally and all were friendly which helped lessen the stress!
