About Sally
I oversee all aspects of Fineholm's (generally!) smooth running in the Glasgow lettings office which for me, involves letting and managing property in Glasgow and the surrounding areas, giving advice to current and would be landlords and offering buy to let acquisiton advice.
I also spend a lot of my time focus
ing on getting on new business and making sure we are growing as a business in line with our long term plans. I love my role and am always keen to improve both the business and service we offer clients!
I host buy to let seminars both in house and am a regular speaker at Royal Bank of Scotalnd buy to let events,

What a great team at Fineholm. From first contact the experience was excellent and any member of the team was really pleasant and professional. Fineholm are truly the experts if you want to rent out a property. I was a true novice but Fineholm were on the ball from start to finish, with people on hand to take care of anything that arose within the property, which was a godsend for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have used many letting agents over the years, but have returned to Fineholm as I think they are the best in their field.

When unexpected maintenance issues arose and the tenants decided to vacate, Amanda had several contractors provide assessments to confirm the root of the problem, then quickly arranged repairs to get the property back on the market. I recommend Fineholm, especially to overseas investors.

Sally was very helpful and informative in our search for a property and without her support we would not have bought in Glasgow. We are really happy with the property we bought and once finalised, all the staff at Fineholm were in regular contact with updates and any regulatory works that had to be done. They were able to find a tenant very quickly and rented out in just over a month. I would definitely recommend the acquisitions service for buying and Fineholm as a lettings agent.

We have a number of student lets in England, and bought a property in Glasgow's West End as an existing HMO, with a view to one of our children taking it on when he went into his second year, buying it on the last day before the additional 3% levy came into force.
The conduct of Sally and the sales team made for a very easy purchase, at a time when I know many agents were deluged with work.
Subsequently, the management service has been exemplary, and with only one slight problem with the application for the HMO in our names, which Laura sorted out with typical efficiency.
I really cannot express my gratitude to all at Fineholm, and cannot believe that we have received this level of service for the fees we have paid.
I have a lot of experience with dealing with agents, many of whom have been good at what they do, but Fineholm seem more than happy to go above and beyond.
