Fineholm Is great way to find your "home ".
Everyone has an amazing attitude dealing with day to day issues. We are renting from fineholm past 3 years and we've not had any issues at any point.
I would love to say special thank you to 2 ladies who are taking care of us and our property - Zoe Connelly and Karen Duncan. Nothing is too much trouble for them,they both dealing with stuff quick and effective . Absolutely amazing workload they both have.
I really recommend renting from Fineholm.

Excellent service from Karen.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I think £199 ,£99,10% commission seems to be a bit much,in total£710 for 1 year.espcially the £99 at the end of tenancy.

In searching for a rented flat for my student daughter and flatmates, the thoroughness of the letting agencies and agents became easy to compare. The Fineholm process is detailed and rigorous and Karen Duncan at Fineholm went out of her way to push through the flat to get my daughter and flatmates in early, ensuring the flat was well cleaned, maintenance was up to date and keys were available. In addition, fielding the many questions arising from three students, not to mention parents.
