We were informed that fine holm would send meter readings to GAS/ Electricity providers by email - this did not happen and we received a bill from provider. This involved time - our time and I thought we pay 12% to be hastle free.
First month rent was £100 pounds short. We were told this was an error - had been put into deposit fund. Initially advised we would have to wait for money to come out of fund - again why do we pay for hastle free letting for mistakes to be made.

When we attempted to transfer utilities into the tenants' names, your supplier, EON, was unable to identify your property. I appreciate that during the time that lapsed between our e-mail notification to EON and their response, you received a bill and provided the information with regard to change of occupiers to EON yourself.
Our records confirm that, due to an accounting error, your 1st remittance was incorrect. I'm pleased to note that our staff reacted quickly when alerted to the shortfall.
