At all times, I received fast and kind support by the staff.
My wife and I had just arrived to the UK from Brazil, and we were staying at a temporary accommodation, and had to move to a rented apartment on October 4th. I was really worried with the possibility of having any kind of problem that would prevent me from doing so, due to any kind of unpredictable event. To make things worse, I didn´t have a cell phone yet, and the internet connection of my temporary accommodation was down, so I had to do most of the paper work at the Prospect branch.
At my first visit to Prospect to take care of the paper work, Gemma very kindly provided at once all the papers me and my wife had to fill, and also very good assistance to understand terms and conditions that were not familiar to us in our home country. So the process went really smooth. We thank her very much.
From the second visit on, we were supported by Chloe. We were even more worried by then, because FCC Paragon was having difficulties to interact with my previous estate agent in Brazil, since they have no English speaking staff there. And when we finally succeeded contacting the estate agent, they refused to provide the information being requested. I was in a rush to gather and provide alternative documents for reference checking, and had to contact Chloe several times to ask questions and assistance. During the whole process, Chloe rapidly assisted us always with up to date information and accurate guidance, and always being calm, polite, and very very kind and gentle. She was great.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
