We purchased an investment property several months ago and dealt with Laura, as she was the selling agent. She was extremely helpful throughout the process, especially as we live overseas and had only a limited time in Glasgow to view the property and get the transaction started. She kept us updated and informed throughout, and provided valuable information about the necessary procedures for us to register ourselves and the property before it could be rented.
Based on my dealings with Laura, I had no hesitation in appointing Finehom as our agents to handle the letting of the flat once the purchase concluded. Again, Laura was my main contact in assessing the right time to start marketing the property, and the rental we should expect it to fetch.
The flat went under offer within a few days of it being listed as a rental, and at an excellent price. We've dealt with Linda since the tenants indicated their interest in renting, and she has also been very helpful and professional in expediting a lease agreement that everyone is happy with. She's kept us informed at every step, and we feel confident knowing that she's looking after the tenants and our own interests.
I highly recommend the team at Fineholm. Their communications are timely and detailed, and for us as absentee landlords, we have the assurance of knowing they're taking care of the details of day-to-day management of our property. The office even sent out an alert recently about the freezing weather, so we could arrange to have the heating turned on in the vacant (at that time) property. Our first monthly statement has arrived, and again, it's detailed and easy to understand.
