Excellent customer service from the start, was made aware of all perspective buyers, viewings undertaken by the Agent, given feedback after all viewings, once the sale had been agreed they kept in touch, very personal service, which helped when things sometimes it a slow point, Emma was always on the other end of the phone to reassure everything was going through fine, grateful for all of those who dealt with the sale of my property

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
