Really impressed with the level of service I received from the team at Prospect, especially Harriett. I found her to be professional and eager to assist. Due to Harriett's persistence and tenacity we secured the property and a moving with a 48 hours. Very impressive, she s a credit to the Prospect team.

We moved last week but unfortunately not using prospect we just hope the company are as good as Nikki.
Nikki ensured our deposit was sent back promply and in full.
There is really nothing more you could hope from as estate agent apart from they should all have a Nikki Gardner.

We recently bought a house in Wokingham for our son. We had the very good fortune to have Prospect in Wokingham as the sellers Estate agent and more notably Keagan Impey as our main link. As one of the sales team Keagan could not have done more for us had he tried. Despite representing the seller Keagan treated us with the utmost professionalism. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and at times went out of his way to deal with our needs. Nothing was too much for him. During the sales process, he arranged for us to visit the property on several occasions, despite complications getting keys. He responded very quickly to our requests, notably where others were not inclined to do so. He made sure that the seller and their solicitors took action when there were frustrating delays and he made sure that we were kept fully updated. Keagan was the lynchpin in our purchase and to be brutally honest had he not been so very helpful and accommodating we would have withdrawn from the purchase in other circumstances. A very personable young man who fully understands and acts upon customer needs. A credit to Prospect Estate Agents. Thank you Keagan.

Sadly, my buyer has been very very slow with buying my property after I had put in an offer on a house, which was accepted, through Prospect. I informed Prospect at each stage what was happening (or not happening) & that I was having to put my property back on the market. This was in August. When I later contacted them to say my buyer was now proceeding with everything, they informed me that they had sold the property to someone else, in August. Apparently they left a voicemail & text me to ask me to call them. I have no text. I wasn't even informed it was going back on the market. They admitted someone should have emailed or written to me to have told me & admitted the fault was theirs. However, in Sep I paid money for the searches , not knowing it wasn't going to be mine & since I pointed this out, they now say that they believe they did everything to get hold of me- a voice mail to call back & a supposed text- no email, no letter. I have now lost this money. I was warned about their communication, which was why I went with another company. Make sure everything is emailed! Really disappointing!

I rarely write reviews, but I have been so disappointed with the experience and lack of any accountability I feel duty bound to share.
We quickly agreed on a rental and price, said we didn't need it decorated but did need it fully empty and clean ahead of moving in, having a high risk son and needing to move during lockdown.
We found the house full of junk and not cleaned, it took me 7 hours to empty and clean, and subsequently 20 days for the estate agent to remove the junk (pictured). The assistant manager doesn't see an issue and doesn't want to know. You can see the volume I had to clear out on my own so we could move in. House not clean, and all this after I was very clear on what I needed and why. Do not use these guys, terrible customer service, I dread the day something stops working in the house.
