Having previously had a valuation with another Estate Agency who were extremely pushy, I am very happy to say that Roberto at Prospects was wonderful in the valuation and marketing stage. He kept me informed of prices in the area and was very knowledgeable about other properties on the market, both current and historical.
Viewings were booked at time suitable to me and I was updated about the potential buyers intents regularly. Overall the service from the entire team was smooth, professional and polite and all of them were able to deal with any queries that I had.

We had excellent service from Roberto. We were also very pleased with the service from the rest of the team, on the whole professional, friendly and assisted us well with our sale. Having had some poor advice from a previous estate agent we decided to try Prospect. We were first seen by Roberto who was very helpful and gave us a sensible valuation and sales advice. Within the first week we had 13 viewings most of which were positive buyers and the property was sold in a timely manner. As we are buying a new build Darren, Jade, David and Jordan kept us up to date on a weekly basis on the progress of the sale and were chasing all parties on our behalf so that we could complete as soon as possible. Donna is now overseeing the final stages and has also been very supportive. We would have no hesitation in reccomending Prospect to any of our friends.

Darren was equally enthusiastic and committed. He was always available when needed and worked to secure a good and fast offer on the property.
We have not yet completed the sale so I cannot comment on sales progression techniques, but if the team follow on with the same zeal noted to date then I can highly recommend this agent.

We've recently bought a property through Prospect and let me just tell you, they were absolutely fantastic! Professional, super speedy, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. From the beginning we understood that the buying process could be quite lengthy but for us and thank you to Prospect, we were able to find, view, make an offer, exchange and complete in less than 2 months - which is a bonus considering we are trying to get in for Xmas 2012. We've also used Prospect's financial advisor who did a great job in clarifying any queries we had and keeping us up to speed regarding the whole process. Apart from that, the Prospect Team were also very efficient in letting our old flat and got us a viewing with less than a day! The flat has now been rented out to a lovely couple - which was a bonus as we didn't have to worry about paying our old mortgage and new mortgage at the same time. We were particularly thankful to Roberto Contreras, Tracy Blyth and Tim Alder who worked extra hard on weekends to ensure the whole process ran smoothly. My husband and I are forever thankful for having people like these around and would recommend Prospect to anyone looking to Buy or Rent their property easily and quickly. Big Thank you!
