Please, please, please do not use these estate agents if at all possible. They conned is out of money wherever possible, left us with problems for month, one being no heating or hot water for weeks over New Year period. There's nothing like great customer service and my recent experience with Woods was nothing like great customer service. If I could have given them zero stars I would have done. Penalty fees for every single possible transgression imaginable, fees for the most minor of administrative activities, they're a company with no concept of customer service.

after reading all these reviews I think we have had a lucky escape!! We viewed the property and then done all the paperwork paid all the extortionist fees.. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
