Dan and Emma at Stephensons in Haxby were extremely helpful, providing sound advice when selling our home, which was even more beneficial for us given it was a shared ownership property, so a bit unusual but they understood the process well. They ensured accuracy and compliance when listing (checking all measurements and arranging a new EPC certificate), worked with us to ensure all the photography illustrated the house to its best (even though it meant calling the photographer out again to take more photos), kept on top of communications and generally did what they could to make the process as smooth as possible for us. Very pleased with their professionalism and commitment. We would recommend Stephensons to others for a smooth service when selling your home.
