As members of HM Forces overseas seeking to buy a property back in the same area we had left a few years ago, we encountered problems from other agents that meant they weren’t willing to assist overseas buyers. Sue Smith of Boroughbridge ‘Stephensons branch’ went above and beyond to help us with a video viewing, to vouch for us as previous property owners in the area and to facilitate our buying with frequent updates and information passage between ourselves and sellers. As a result the buying process was rendered simple, stress free and successful. We cannot thank Sue or Stephensons enough for helping get us our new home!
