We initially selected Stephensons based on Nick Lawrence's knowledge and commitment to marketing our property, using various techniques and a range of media. This promotional expertise was then backed up by excellent ongoing service, from Philippa, Gill and the rest of the team.
They supported and helped us at every stage of the journey, then provided a swift and efficient service when dealing with potential buyers and their solicitors.
We have been extremely impressed by the service they provided and the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we would be delighted to use them again in the future.

Stephensons undoubtedly rank among the most incompetent, ill-informed, and inexperienced estate agents in the entire North of England. Their misrepresentation of the property, blatant dishonesty, and woefully inadequate communication left us no choice but to withdraw from the purchase. Their service is nothing short of abysmal, and their bullying tactics are shockingly overt.

As a tenent I find dealing with Stephensons extremely frustrating , failure to get repairs done and forgetting to do things are common .
