I've just finished completion on my first property and I honestly don't know what I would have done without Philippa and Stuart at Roger Platt Maidenhead. They kept me sane and up-to-date through the whole process, they we're amazing and would definitely go back to them when... Read Full Review

Excellent estate agents pushing through the purchase/sales throughout the chain. Were on top of requirements where our estate agents for our sale were not. Really value their contribution - particularly... Read Full Review

Courtney and Jade were very helpful in resolving my queries on various elements of the tenancy. This included obtaining the operation manuals, additional keys cut etc. Courtney was also very proactive and rang me after the information had been passed on to the landlord to confirm that the issue had ... I feel the agent is a bit expensive and especially still being charged fees after the government has banned them for tenants was not something that i like. However, i understand that all agents are doing this.

Form the start Roger Platt was a disappointment! Rang up to join property alert list and gave a pretty comprehensive description of what we wanted - they sent literally every property in the price range - not taking into account any of our requests. After that one email we received no other alerts. ... Read Full Review
1) Have one agent responsible for a customer and their search 2) Take property needs and wants seriously and send the relevant properties - don’t send them all! We can’t be bothered to trail through them if you can’t be bothered to send us the most suitable 3) If a customer rings up interested in a property make a note of it and do everything you can to ensure they can view the property and know all about the status of the property - at the end of the day you could make a sale 4) Acknowledge your Saturday girl; sit her down and inform her about all properties. Make time to show her around so she is equipped with the right tools to answer simple questions and get the job done 5) Ring every potential customer back 6) Selling is not rocket science; it’s all about customer service and you barely have any!

Disappointing experience. No follow up, had to call twice to confirm property details. I was told both times that an email will be sent shortly but none arrived. Called third time to get the details on the phone. After viewing, made the offer. Financial details received about moving in monies... Read Full Review

They are timewasters. I offered to pay six months in advance. There was one property that I particularly wanted to see and the agent who took my details said she would try to arrange a viewing but this might be difficult as it was tenanted. She did not ring me back. I contacted her again a few... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
