Recently rented a flat in maidenhead, i was shown around by julie who was amazing so helpful told me everything i needed to know etc, i booked in a viewing 4 days before moving in as wanted to measure up for a sofa an julie met me at the flat and we walked in and the state this flat was left in was embarrassing considering the landlord thought it had already been professionally cleaned which clearly it was not, julie helped me through this as i was ready to pull out as i was disgusted with this place the way it was left, i spoke to the maidenhead office and explained wat was going on an spoke to stella who was rude an didnt really care if i moved in or not and said ‘you can have your deposit back if your not happy’ then she hung up the phone, i then spoke to julie an she has got everything sorted for me with the landlord and we got there in the end so id like to say a massive thankyou to julie who helped an fought my corner
