Very bad experience with this agent, just before the day of exchange agent took this property off the market https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/143188541 just to readvertise for higher price. Complete waste of time, waste of money on surveys, searches and solicitor. Completely unreasonable agent and their services.
In addition to that, this property is also timber framed with missing convenants. please careful with the seller.

We decided to use Roger Platt purely based on our interaction with Neil Vardar, who came across as professional, pleasant,and easy to communicate with.
He promised to get us the best price for our property, and he delivered.
Neil was always courteous when we spoke, even when we encountered obstacles along the way. I have to say that if it wasnt for Neil, we were tempted on occasions to look for an alternative estate agent due to frustration with communication from the branch !!
Fortunately everything turned out as we wished albeit a very close timescale to avoid the extra stamp duty.
Considering that this was the first time in 34 years we had sold and bought a property we were extremely surprised how complex everything happened along the way. I thought that with todays technology that communication and the whole buying process would be easier! How wrong was I!!!
As a footnote may I suggest that Roger Platt remove Beaumont solicitors from their panel. They were totally useless!!

Second time we’ve used Roger Platt Burnham and the experience was again fantastic. Neil, Perry and Mark made sure the whole process was absolutely smooth. Selling the property might be stressful but they have made sure the whole process was as easy as it can possibly be. There was constant contact and update from their side and we felt very well taken care of.

He was enthusiastic and very helpful during our look around, the purpose of this visit was to see what was available on the market in our price range, having been in our first house for 15 years.
If we decide to sell our property and move we’d not hesitate to contact Anthony.

Cheyenne Franklin at the Roger Platt branch in Maidenhead is always great at communication with us, deals with things quickly and efficiently, but recently we've had an issue with the management company - no fault of ours, the tenant or Roger Platt - which Cheyenne dealt with brilliantly, recovering costs for me and keeping me updated throughout. I couldnt ask for me. Highly recommended. Its when things happen like this that agent's ensure clients stay with them
