I have relied many years on Richard James to fully manage my residential letting property in North Swindon. Thanks to Gemma Holmes I sleep soundly safe in the knowledge she is taking care of the ever changing rules and regulations including electric and gas safety checks and any maintenance issues to ensure compliance. To my mind she has managed the property as it were her own. I can’t imagine the headache I would face without her conscientious and professional management.
