Overall great estate agents, all work really hard to get your property sold quickly and for sale progression Laura was brilliant, couldn't fault the service. Charlie was also one of the most efficient workers I've ever seen, and helped chase things over the line on completion so thanks Charlie! Only thing we would've done differently is change solicitors as the ones recommended did not match the speed of the estate agents unfortunately.

I had a fantastic experience with my estate agents from start to finish. Joe and Laura, in particular, went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Mark and Laura were absolutely brilliant with all the communications in getting this deal to happen. I am certain that if it wasn't for them, then we wouldn't have got the property we were after. Pleasant, professional, available out of hours and going the extra mile to help and support us.
Money well spent, and I would definitely go back to them again if we move. Other members in the team, Charlie and Hugo were very good in the couple of dealing s we had with them also.

I recently bought a property through Richard James, Highworth. Initially I dealt with Charlie who was fantastic and 'closed the deal' for me. Laura then took over and progressed the sale to completion. Laura is incredible at her job. I genuinely cannot fault her. She was tenacious and kept everything on track, liaising with the vendors and my solicitor constantly. Laura is extremely responsive to calls and email which I really appreciate. Laura has also continued to help me post sale with any questions I've had and always in a polite and cheery manner even though I'm sure her job is very stressful. Thank you Charlie and Laura for all of your amazing help.
