I have rented my property through Richard James for nearly 8 years after previously renting with two other Swindon agents, and I can honestly state that RJ offers an exceptional service to both Landlords and Tenants alike. Rebecca is very good, because as a landlady, she listens to me, and always manages to find tenants that I am happy with. Rebecca also keeps me up to date with current rents in the area. Laura advises me of any maintenance issues, then liaises with local trades to have them carried out promptly. This is important to me, as I live over 100 miles away, and would be unable to visit the property myself to arrange any repairs. The communication with all staff members of RJ is very good. I would like to also mention Bev HIll who sends the monthly rent promptly, with any deductions correctly made.
