We have had a great experience getting our property out to let with Richard James. The staff that has dealt with us and our property, Jo finding us tenants, and Frankie managing the property, has been very professional but with a very warm personal touch. We particularly appreciate that the company checks the tenant's and landlord's Joann and requirements to ensure that the tenants are placed in the right property that suits their needs and that of the landlord's, as this made the process much easier for both parties. They both were easily contactable and were very knowledgeable and helpful on every call. Highly recommended, and we look forward to continuing our business.

I had such a pleasant experience with Richard James. Sophie was quick to respond and sent us a video tour as we found the flat we liked during the lockdown.
