From the initial valuation for our sale, through all the issues right unto exchange and completion they Staff have been with us throughout solving problems and keeping us sane when the inevitable hiccups occurred.

Throughout the purchase of a property that Perry Bishop were selling on behalf of our sellers, they were very professional, prompt and knowledgable. Perry Bishop and in particular Lynn Pimm (Sales Progression Team) offered better guidance, tenacity and wherewithal than our own Estate Agent (Naylor Powell). We had a rude and difficult buyer who clearly could not afford our property, who spent 3 months trying to get a mortgage, lied, tried to bribe us financially, did not apologise and acted in such a way as to jeopardise the purchase of the property we were buying (unduly overly supported at our expense by Naylor Powell) via Perry Bishop. Lynn kept us informed at all times, chased our estate agent and despite acting on behalf of the seller, showed compassion and professionalism throughout a very difficult time. From the moment we made the viewing appointment (with Shirley McCoy - who helped us negotiate our successful offer) for the house we now live in, Perry Bishop acted professionally, ensuring we had a Mortgage Agreement in Principle in place when offering and ensured all parties were actively engaged in the process. Despite not using Perry Bishop to sell our property (a decision we regret - do not use Naylor Powell) I can highly recommend using them when selling/buying a property.

Right from meeting AJ and having her do a valuation I felt utterly confident Perry Bishop would sell my house. The photographs were exceptional and the marketing of the property really good. The sales team was impeccable and I was happy that I was consulted re timing of viewings and always received feedback afterwards. In the end, the perfect buyers came along and the transaction went smoothly. With the country in lockdown, AJ also kept communication running smoothly between me and the buyers and midwifed the whole deal until completion. To my mind AJ is exceptional in offering the personal touch in a market that can feel very competitive and cold.
