I want to pay special mention and thanks to Jade and Simon and also to everyone in the team in sorting all this for me and everything thats been done.
It's difficult enough losing just one parent but losing both at such short space of time has been incredibly tough both physically and mentally.
Jade has always gone above and beyond and the extra mile to help sorting out the house sale right through to completion and has made everything look so easy.
I appreciate the stresses and strains that everyone has gone through to achieve the above whilst at times the situation became fairly complex and difficult. Also including myself with the loss of my father during the sale.
Perry Bishop Estate Agents has handled this in an exemplary way under difficult and challenging circumstances in order to find a solution to navigate away through. This to enable the sale to be finally completed whilst liaising with all parties throughout in order to get this sorted.
Perry Bishop are so lucky to have such great employees that provide such excellent Customer service, Communication skills, Importantly time for their customers, And especially always going that extra mile above and beyond of which Jade and team had always done. I cannot thank everyone enough and the hard work in sorting all this through to the completion of sale.
I could not of wished for a better company to have gone through in order to sort the above requirements needed for my late parents property.
Based on the great experiences from Perry Bishop Estate Agents I would happily recommend them to any future family friends or anyone reading this email.

Fantastic service from Perry Bishop (Cirencester Branch) throughout the whole selling process. Just purchased a property and found the service at Perry Bishop to be exceptional. Dealt with Stephanie and Jade who both did all that they could to help proceed the sale as quickly as possible. We felt as though they were genuinely happy to help and pleased to be able to take the pressure off caused by solicitors delays. Would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arises.

We couldn't have wished for a more helpful and professional service.
I would also like to thank Pippa Harding and the lettings department who found us tenants and moved them in the day after completion. It was a tight turnaround with a few complications but everything was organised with speed and professionalism.

I wanted to leave a review for Claire who couldn't of done more for us whilst my husband and I were looking and waiting to move into our rented accommodation here in Rendcomb. She was very professional, yet extremely accommodating and very friendly right from the start. That goes a long way in itself, so correspondence was a key factor also. She gets a gold star from us for that. We were slightly anxious about everything to start with due to previous and not so good experiences, so this was a big deal for us. Perry Bishop is a first class estate agency for selling a property. From the start, Simon Wilkinson, who had met my late mother to give her an original valuation and details of charges in writing, was highly professional and knows the local market to give us a realistic sale price for the sale after she passed away.The sale particulars included a video showing off the property at its best. Stephanie Macpherson,managed all the viewings telling us when someone was viewing the property with prompt feedback always given. Managing the sale through to completion was Jade Allen who kept the buyers and myself fully uptodate with developments. She delivered, like her colleagues, a first class experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Jade! I would have no hesitation in recommending Perry Bishop to prospective sellers and buyers for the quality of their staff and the service they provide.Thank you so much!
