Perry Bishop were excellent from start to finish and the best agents I have ever encountered. The accompanying booklet with a detailed overview of the steps involved in selling the house was also very good and this was a key factor in choosing them. We also thought that the idea of a WhatsApp group which would allow everyone involved in the house sale to be updated was a great idea and a shame that it never materialised! Perhaps because our house sold pleasingly quickly, it was not needed!

The video of our home was particularly impressive- even more so than the photographs- to the point where we were tempted to buy the house ourselves!
Perry Bishop would have received 5 stars had they been more consistently tolerant of our calls when having been in the most perfect, accommodating position( no onward chain and moving into rental), we encountered numerous date changes and general 'hoo ha' from others further down the chain, which was disappointing as we really had done everything within our power to help everyone else.
That aside, there was one real star of the whole process who was in our opinion the real asset to the agency: Lucy, we sincerely hope that you get to read this review, as without your excellent communication, clarity, sense of humour and what came across as a real care for our future, we were truly starting to enter a very bleak place.
Thank you for everything and as a key member of the sales progression team, Perry Bishop is very lucky to have you.

Perry Bishop were exceptional throughout the whole process, from booking appointments to viewings and especially in the post-offer sales progression process, a cut above any other estate agents that we engaged with. From our first contact with Perry-Bishop to arrange a viewing, to final completion, we found them to be very efficient and proactive in keeping our purchase on track.
Lucy Hill from the Cirencester office was our point of contact. The purchase was dependent on 9 properties completing, which caused delays to exchange but Lucy kept us well informed on progress and the reasons for the slippages. On completion we were given a welcoming box of goodies which was an unexpected treat.
Despite the impact from COVID restrictions and lockdowns, we were delighted with the service that Perry-Bishop provided and couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We chose Perry Bishop because they were selling the house that we originally had intended to purchase. Gavin and the sales team were highly professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. In particular, Lucy in the sales progression team was exceptional in dealing with the various parties in the chain, and without her persistence and diplomacy, we would not have been able to complete. Once I decided to put in an offer, I was referred to the sales agent Lynn Pimm whose support, information and engagement throughout was second to none. A genuine and compassionate person, she gave the process a very personal touch and clearly cared about the people she was dealing with.
If I were to sell or buy a property again where Perry Bishop and Chambers operate, I would most definitely use their services and highly recommend them.

Lynn and the team were amazing throughout the long, slow, painful process, (nothing to do with them whatsoever).
They kept us informed by phone and email regularly, and didn't even get impatient when at times I was suffering from "I am the only customer in the world" syndrome!!
They achieved a good price for the flat and I'm sure that without the intervention of Jackie, Gavin and Lynn the whole thing would have fallen through.
