No stars for Pattinsons they were rude arrogant and unhelpful they told me they had listened to a call that had been recorded but they do not tell you that calls are being recorded. Terrible service from a terrible company, avoid at all costs. Blatantly mis-sold an auction contract and now refuse to acknowledge complains and give contract termination date. Staff are quick to respond to possible sales but terrible at replying to customer complaints. Probably the worst company... Read Full Review

Issue raised with their Finance director who refuses to reply to emails. Do yourself a favour and AVOID AT ALL COSTSs
