I was recommended Pattinson's in alnwick from a family member when we were thinking about putting our house on the market. They have certainly not disappointed, main reason being Claire.
She has been excellent throughout keeping me informed of all updates and next steps etc. When other parties have been slow she has been brilliant being pro active and chasing people and getting results. The whole way through she has put me at ease and answered my million and one questions. I would not hesitate to recommend pattinsons alnwick to any one in the future.

Her willingness to help with all aspects of the rental is second to none and she is a rarity in these modern times, dogged and determined to achieve a resolution to any concerns raised in a timely, fashion. Communication within the company is refreshing and consistently executed expeditiously, keeping me informed and updated at all times. All the staff I have had interactions with are friendly, professional and happy to help. Overall, outstanding customer service from root to branch which I value greatly.
