My property was listed with Pattinsons for approximately 9 months. During this time the level of communication from the Estate Agent has been abysmal! What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have communicated with me, listened to what I was saying, followed the instructions that were given, removed my property from the market when instructed, provided me with a copy of my contract and most importantly they SHOULD have acknowledged my complaints and concerns.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
