Awful company, don't trust them to buy through. Had an offer Accepted by vendors but they pressed them weeks down the line to take another viewing after we were all sale agreed and now we've been gazumped. Don't use this company to buy from. Lost £600 on fees and searches with less than 2 months to find another house or were homeless. Katherine especially rude .

If I could have rated them Zero stars I would have.

Incompetent does not come close, they are only interested in listing your property.

Communication is appalling, for the fees they charge they need to improve on how they deal with emails, calling customers when promised. CS is basic in this industry none of which they seem to have. A simple email acknowledging a confirmed date for a surveyor could not be followed through or actioned.

Resulted in a pure breakdown of sale, Ive lost the sale and the buyer has wasted money on surveyors reports etc.

In one word 'SHAMBLES'

Having been through the worst buying of a house ever due to Solicitors being both negligent and dead slow and stop. The Pattinsons office kept their cool somehow had time to chat. Even when things really did seem to be falling apart still had a smile on their face.😁

Had our property marketed for rent within 15 minutes...yes 15 minutes and unbelievably organised 12 viewings within 24 hours!
I was absolutely rushed off my feet all the next day showing people round my house!
So impressed!
Really helpful and easy to talk to!

I wanted to put a house up for auction and Pattinsons valued it at £125,000-£130.00 as did two other agents. Within four days before the house had gone to auction I was told (by the auction staff) I had an offer of £80,000 and I was expected to take it. I paid them £780.00 for nothing, and I have not had one reply back from the Mr Justin Beckwith or their accounts where I sent e-mails to complain. I thought it was law to reply within 3 days I have since sold this house with a reputable company who got me the price I was asking within a couple of weeks.

I have dealt with some crappy companies in my 40 years of life but never have I dealt with a bunch of jokers like Pattinson's! Trying to rent a property locally and the attitude of the staff at the Ashington branch is appalling, they are sarcastic, cheeky and generally obnoxious, they lie deliberately to you to get you to sign up or shut up, they accuse you of causing trouble and holding things up when they and their sidekick company (Letalliance) are the ones that are inefficient and badly managed... We are now in the position of being homeless after our prospective landlord has pulled out due to the length of time it has taken (nearly 4 months) to arrange a simple let.

Sold our house through them last year. To be brief, rude staff, numerous unreturned phone calls, complaints never passed onto head office, resulting in abusive phone calls from head office. They TWICE! tried to ruin our house sale by trying to get our buyer to buy another property instead of ours. They then told our buyer we had damp, when we didn't. Branch staff dont communicate with call centre staff which results in nobody knowing the full picture. They are a joke! An estate agent friend told me they are known for bad customer service and lack of morals.
