Most passive-aggressive staff member I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with; unfortunately I did not obtain her name. Improve their customer service skills!

Dec 1, 2018I thought the tone was just the normal in england. I mean I have never met anyone who would not have a condescending tone in their voice. Which would be fine if we lived in Monaco. But this is scum ...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
