What agent could do to change your mind?
Morris Dibben work with fixed fees rather than percentage which I find very reasonable as there is a similar amount of work for small or large property. Fee were OK and we got value for money

This was a simple sale of a flat with no upward chain.
We had in mind to go to market in the spring, but when I talked to the manager - Lauren - she said she there was a really strong demand for flats, so we should go to market in November. She had a string of customers who had missed out on previous opportunities. We thought we'd give it a go there and then.
No sooner advertised than we had 4 offers - actually we had the offers before we'd really finished polishing the selling details.
After sales, progress chasing passes over to a central office that focusses on follow-through to completion. We were not sure about how that would work, but Janet was a great progress chaser; we phoned and emailed but of course never met. It worked really well.
