Solicitor had our instructions after we had asked them to deal with the agent due to her harassing and demanding and lies through emails.

Comments on Agent Fees
No negotiation on the 1% fee! outrageous cost for the limited amount of work they did and poor images of the properties.
My review is based on a buyer of a Morris Dibben property and also ending up selling a property through them. Initially we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and we warmed to them straight away, however it soon became obvious that the organisation are cagey and manipulative and are really NOT value for money! When we found the property that we liked we were told that if we signed with Morris Dibben they would put a hold on showing clients round for 2 weeks in order to be able to get our properties on the market, but ONLY if we signed with them and they would not give on their fee of 1%, there was no room for negotiation, even though we were signing 2 properties with them. Their images of our properties looked like they were taken by a teenager for a Facebook ad, One of our houses sold with them and they were a waste of space and time with the work that they did. They phoned us with information, hours after we already had been given it by other sources. Although they were friendly staff, behind the scenes Morris Dibben are your stereotypical estate agents, I wouldn't trust them at all following our experience.
