Most passive-aggressive staff member I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with; unfortunately I did not obtain her name. Although she was polite, her tone came across as impatient and irritated, and she raised her voice when I asked questions about the pricing and parking in the local area. I'm working abroad currently and I was planning to send a local friend along to view the property. Apparently I have to see it in person otherwise I can't put an offer in. This would be fine, if Morris Dibben hadn't agreed to a friend viewing a different property on my behalf six months ago - what a waste of everyone's time!


What agent could do to change your mind?

Improve their customer service skills!

I thought the tone was just the normal in england. I mean I have never met anyone who would not have a condescending tone in their voice. Which would be fine if we lived in Monaco. But this is scum class england. Everybody is trash it deosnt matter what car are you leasing atm. You are still trash. And having a condescending tone just underlines the qualities of this rotten island.
