Absolutely shocking!!
If you are wanting to sell/let your property via this company (Leeds- Moortown branch) then I'd advise you to stay well away!!
We spoke with a lady called Louise requesting to arrange a viewing. She questioned our ability to afford the property. I mean who does she think she is. Turning up her nose at us!!
She was very rude and abrupt.
She did not arrange the viewing stating she does not think we could afford to buy the home. We are owners of a successful business and a portfolio of properties.
Poor sellers have missed out!!

Alexa would be an asset to any company I'm sure fine and country realise how key she is to the success of the selling team.
She has been pivotal in the sale of our house, from day 1 she ensured she knew everybody in the chain, their solicitors and estate agents and kept everyone informed along the way.
I can not recommend her highly enough and although I have used other estate agents in the past I would not use any other company other than fine and country in the future.

Wow, Wow, Wow, what can I say, Alexa has made the purchase of our Fine and Country property a dream! Alex has been very helpful from the start to the end of the process. I would highly recommend Alexa, her tenacity, professionalism and organisation skills have been second to none and I am convinced that she made the whole process stress free for both the seller and ourselves. Our house sold in 14 hours, however, this was the second time we had had it on the market and the fees were expensive but we did receive a quality service and I can't imagine anyone is ever delighted to part with money! It was our choice NOT to go with cheaper agents and we have no regrets.

I would recommend Alexa without reservation . She has been business like / professional , hardworking , supportive , kept me "in the loop" from the start, when she first came to look at the house,to showing prospective purchasers round,and finally in quite complicated negotiations leading up to exchange. Her attituude has always been cheerful,positive, confident,respectful and helpful and she has shown such commitment to me and my house ,one would have almost thought that this was the only deal she was involved in ,which clearly it wasn't!
Alexa has gone the extra mile in every respect and guided me through a process ( which I haven't needed to have been involved with for 31 years) with great calm, resolve, maturity and experience .She has always been approachable if I needed to ask a question .In fact nothing has been too much trouble for her and I consider Fine and Country lucky to have such a capable young lady as part of their sales team . She deserves to do well in her chosen profession - a truly outstanding agent.

This was an emotional house sale for me, selling my family house which my parents had owned for 54 years. I dealt at different times with Emma, Helen W and Laura but chiefly Alexa. All were friendly, helpful and made sure I was updated. The sale was not straightforward, with two buyers pulling out at the last minute, and I felt that Alexa was sympathetic to how I felt. I was also at long distance from the house, so relied totally on her to keep me informed - and it was so comforting to hear my native accent on the phone! My only tiny minus point was that the written English has room for improvement - but then I was brought up in the days of writing letters, not typing emails at a rapid rate! I am very grateful to the team for making such a responsibility as pain-free as possible.
