Sold my house through Manning's and received fabulous service. Great advice and help from Mark when I put the property up for sale - cannot recommend him enough. With regards to the sales process, it has been a long slog since the deal was agreed over 3 months ago but Louise has been with me all the way - couldn't speak highly enough of her persistence and professionalism. She has also proved to be an excellent counsellor too when the going got tough! They do what they say they are going to do and I felt that my best interests were always kept absolutely in the front of their minds. I wouldn't sell another house without them.

I was impressed by Mark Manning when he came to value my property and the photographs did the house justice. We also agreed on a price to market my property which was as I had hoped.
Dispite some delays with the sale of my property once Abby took over the whole process was handled really well. I had confidence she was looking after my best interests in the negotiations and I was kept up to date as things were proceeding. The whole process of the final sale was as smooth as possible.

From the first meeting with Mark Manning, through the sale of the property with the help of Abigail Williams and Mark Manning, everything was dealt with in a professional manner. Abigail and Mark were both honest and helpful with their advice. They accompanied people on viewings of the property and kept me informed at every stage. I had sold a house through this agent previously and was impressed enough to use them again on this occasion and would do so if I were to move house again. They made what could be a stressful experience as pleasant as possible. Every member of the staff was courteous and efficient. My thanks go out to them all but especially Abigail and Mark.

Have sold with Mannings Moortown before - both setting up the original requirements with Mark and then during the sale process with Louise. On each occasion they have been professional and thorough and have delivered my expectations in terms of sale price and period. On the most recent sale Louise has shown endless patience in dealing with awkward solicitors to ensure the required timescales were achieved. It is no coincidence that I was a repeat customer - I was delighted with the service I received.

Louise was very supportive throughout the marketing process advising us positively and was extremely helpful when we called at the office.
Regarding the purchase of our new home, Louise worked extremely hard and despite some difficulties, handled the purchase with great tact. She kept us informed of developments and liaised with solicitors, keeping us up to date. We were delighted with her service and relieved when the purchase went through.
