The Sales team at Crossgates I found extremely helpful in 1. Advising the Market value of my Buy to Let house in Halton.
2. advice on what to refurb and what not to i.e. leave the kitchen and just tidy up with paint.
Within 2 weeks of me completing the refurb I had buyers interest eventually leading to a sale within 2 months of agreeing a sales price.
The prompt sale has saved me around £1.75K in capital gains tax due to the allowance being reduced.
