As a seasoned property investor I have dealt with many sales negotiators over the years This however was the first time I have purchased a property through Manning Stainton in Harrogate and I was very impressed with their service and professionalism
Emma Frazer was my point of contact and I found her polite, punctual and knowledgeable . Living abroad for several months each year, it was important for me to work with someone with good communication skills and Emma had this in spades .
Nothing was too much trouble for her and she even conducted a pre -settlement inspection for me in my absence
I would highly recommend Emma and her colleagues for a job well done and look forward to dealing with Manning Stainton ,Harrogate in the future
