I think it is important to ensure that anyone who logs onto this site is aware that Gascoigne Pees is otherwise known as 'Countrywide Residential Lettings'. It is misleading to have separate review pages for different estate agents that are under the umbrella of CRL.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Responded to my emails and return my phone calls. Send 'rent arrear' letters to my tenants when they were late paying their rent (every month). Carry out management inspections as promised. Act in a profesional manner and abide by their Terms of Buisness.Attached Filesnbsp;
