Having just dealt with a telephone conversation with a Mr Paul Warner of goadsby. I can’t express how poorly and unprofessional this conversation was, very rude and belittling from such a senior member of staff. He Wouldn’t answer any questions that were asked and was more interested in arguing that answering the questions that were being asked. Very poorly run company to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with company and avoid at all costs. Also when asking to deal with a certain person Mr Warner refused to listen and cooperate. I can’t express the cowboy activities that have taken place.

We had no choice but to accept Goadsby as service providers for our apartment building. We moved in 2016 and every year we paid a service charge and ground rent in spite of the fact that Goadsby were never seen to provide service. Outside there's a huge amount of rubbish, we clean the communal areas ourselves and the greenery provided is only for the Tesco downstairs. Every year, the service rate was similar, but this year, it increased by over £100. Plus we have this Buildings & terrorism insurance , which began last year, making an increase of about £200 since we bought the flat.
My opinion of Goadsby was not very good. In June 2018, I was diagnosed with a genetic complaint which stopped me from working. No job, no income, but Goadsby wanted more and more. I asked if I could pay the service charge in instalments and, although they did not give official consent from the landlords, they are allowing this. For which I feel gratitude.

I had a terrible experience with goadsby, and I never ever would spend my money to rent a propriety from this agency. And I would like to advice the people to avoid this agency. The staff are not helpful, if you complain about anything from the rented property they don't resolve. And they lie to you saying that they spoke to the landlord, but in fact they never talk to him about any problem. And the end of the tenancy they fight to keep your deposit from the propriety. This is the WORST agency ever. The staff don't mine to resolve any problem. Definitely don't recommend this to anyone. Shame on Goadsby
