Appalling unfair treatment of tenants. For one tenant, the total fees charged will be more than 700!!!!! Never honest or upfront about this. Steer well clear. I was charged Referencing fees 180 + Inventory 100 + Contract fee of 78 + Deposit registration 30... Read Full Review
Ridiculously high. I was charged Referencing fees £180 + Inventory £100 + Contract fee of £78 + Deposit registration £30 (=£388) plus first months rent plus six weeks deposit. Now that I wish to move out after 15 months living at the property. They demand £120 arrangement fee + £110 inventory fee + £50 deposit administration fee (all plus VAT) so £337 to move out. Despicable.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
