After Viewing a property with Chris in the cheadle area my partner and I decided to apply and was advised they would not take the fees unless they felt sure we would pass the referencing to satisfy the landlord. After Viewing a property with Chris in the cheadle area my partner and I decided to apply and was advised they would not take the fees unless they felt sure we would pass the referencing to satisfy the landlord. I received a bad reference from 3 years ago and rather than taking my last 2 references into account which were positive they decided to take the administration fees and refuse the applications do they could process more another application and take more fees from other potential tenants. I strongly advise to avoid Gascoigne Halman. Been completely ripped off

and within a month an offer was made. Once a price was agreed the wheels were set in motion. We have now moved into our new property and are grateful to Gascoigne-Halman for making the journey bearable.

I am a First Time buyer and my experience was made a whole lot easier by the helpful agents at Gascoigne Halman, in particular Gemma. I got more information than from my solicitor and was never made to feel like a pest in fact quite the reverse - always willing to help. Gemma was a great link between myself and the vendors, going out of her way to make sure things ran smoothly. If Gemma was unavailable Hayley and Katy were always at hand to help and were able to answer queries. I was very pleased with my service - I even got a Good Luck in your New Home card from them.

Brilliant service throughout. All the staff in the Cheadle branch were friendly, honest and professional. The negotiations on both the sale and our purchase were handled well. Let my flat through Gascoigne Halman in Cheadle. I have used them before and they are always very professional. I like their friendly personal approach and they were excellent when we had problems with a cleaning company who had not completed the work in our flat. They visited the flat on several occasions and phoned and emailed the cleaning company and managed to get the work completed. This was great as I live 40 miles away. I always feel I can phone them and ask questions. I would highly recomment them.

I am very happy with the service I received from the Cheadle branch of Gascoigne Halman to sell a property. Viewings were handled well and I received feedback every time. Nicky Greenall handled the successful viewing and did a great job of matching the purchasers with the property. The branch Manager, Leighton Snow has recently returned to the area and is clearly making his mark. We frequently reviewed the market and I found the discussions constructive and informative. The achieved selling price exceeded earlier expectations in what has been a slow market. An outstanding result. Well done!

All the staff at the Cheadle office were helpful and professional, in particular Gary the Manager, who is extremely patient! Together with Wendy and Katie. We never had to chase them as we were always contacted regarding any viewings or offers but if we ever did call the office we were either dealt with straight away or someone called back when they said that they would. They really went out of their way and also provided additional support which we really appreciated. A really good service.
