Leon Gullis has been nothing less than PERFECT! not only is he friendly and approachable but he is efficient and professional. I've rented with fox and sons for seven years now and ever since he's joined all the issues I had with the property has been resolved and I can't fault him in the slightest, he has been incredibly helpful and understanding. I wish more estate agents were like him, it would make the whole process a lot easier, and far more pleasant.

Fox and Sons company has rented us a house with bugs inside the kitchen and bathroom, the outside garden is absolutely disgusting, abandoned rubbish bags, broken chairs, greens everywhere, dirty rubbbish containers, abandoned children toys at the entrance, the list goes on.... Really bad experience!! We have sent a complaint letter and nothing was done so far!! Poor service, not recommended.

Great sales pitch but overall a most disappointing experience. There was little or no supervision, nor effort, by the agent to sell our property. Having spoken to our buyers it appears it was sold despite the lack of effort by Fox's. Under Covid rules we were required to vacate the property-we would come back finding doors and cupboards left open-we were informed viewers would not be handling nor opening cupboards and lights left on. The agent on occasions struggled to arrive on time to greet the potential buyers. It appears the agent remained downstairs whilst the buyers struggled unaccompanied to find their way. With the agents fee at around £6000 I would expect a much more hands on service.

The mortgage service in branch had been wonderful, Charlene is brilliant and again, I thoroughly recommend. She made mortgages completely understandable for me with my very little knowledge.

From start to finish we had a poor service. Such a shame as the sales pitch at the beginning we were given was second to none! That is where it ended though. From no shows on viewings (with no explanation until chased) lights being left on and door unlocked when leaving a viewing, not being kept informed when they eventually sold our house, rude and unprofessional staff.
I even got told that our solicitor was giving us false hope for exchange that day and told that exchange would not happen as a CR1 form had not been signed...urm excuse me they are the legal people and know more than you!! It was all a load of rubbish and we exchanged that day and when questioned about the form the agents then blamed the other agents on the forwarding property for giving incorrect information!
Now I don't know but I am pretty sure they should get their facts correct before informing their own clients and causing stress that wasn't needed!
Have written a letter of complaint but surprise have had no reply! They obviously do not care about customer service once they have received the outrageous selling fee of �2160.00!!
Will not be using or recommending them ever.

*found us a lovely tenant. BUT the service behind the scenes is appalling. We had so many issues with Sequence' paperwork; Tenancy Agreements; Inventory (still not seen the final one after 6 weeks, neither has tenant); and we are still trying to sort out the problems where they interefered with our utilites providers against our instructions (they seem to have a quite corrupt relationship with Spark Energy). When you try to sort out problems they just keep asking you if you "... want to make a complaint?". I will NEVER use Fox and Sons or Connells again. PS we have been landlords for over 25 years and this is the worst service we have ever experienced.
