Well what can I say what lovely people , in the middle of stamp duty holiday they where bogged down with so many sales , Rees took care of us he was kind understanding I have a mum with dementia, kept in touch with us throughout even when I know o was being a pain , Grace sold our house was so professional and would keep us up to date in absence of Rees . And Barry who arranged our Mortgage was absolutely awesome, we thought we would wait up to two weeks for a mortgage but nope two days later it was in . An all round Great Team ??Thank you guys

9 months of harassment
I was interested in a property in December. After being told several lies including being told an appointment with there mortgage advisor was "mandatory" to place a bid on the property, we withdrew.
After updating my marketing preferences in January I am still receiving phone calls from the Fareham branch.
I have told each caller to remove my details but it is still happening 9 months later.
There are plenty of other estate agents in the area. None of which have contacted me against my wishes. I would avoid.

*What is that video about? Wow!
*Slight of hand lead to the agent changing the commission rate to a fixed fee - so no incentive for them to sell.
Feel degraded and let down by this shoddy company!

Found a house to buy soon after that was vacant with no chain. We were told 6-8 weeks as there's no chain. Since December, I've had one phone call and one e-mail. We have continuously been in touch with the Fareham branch of fox & Son, for updates, only to be told we'll be in touch. We've heard nothing. I found out through an estate agent from the house we're buying, our buyers name. I found him on Facebook and started dialogue with him. 6 weeks after we told Fox & Son that we'd found a house to buy, they still hadn't informed our buyer that we'd found somewhere, and as such he hadn't began his proceedings to buy our house. Luckily for us, the estate agent from our house we're buying has been chasing our buyers solicitor, and we're not even paying her!! Seems since we accepted the offer on our house Fox & Son Fareham have lost all interest in any after sales. They have their money through the sale of our house. I will be writing a formal complaint to Sequence homes and also will attempt to re negotiate our fees to Fox & Son. If you want good service go elsewhere

My husband and I have recently used Fox and Sons in Fareham to sell and purchase through. We felt the service to be excellent from start to finish. We were unsure about putting all our eggs in one basket but decided to use their in-house conveyancer to deal with our move and had an extremely swift service; the online account was great and kept us fully informed. It's a shame that we have found our dream house now and hopefully will be happy here for a long time but if our circumstances change we will definitely be using fox and sons.

My dealings with fareham branch and their staff can only be described as the worst service I have ever encountered. Rude, ignorant, unhelpful, lying, people i have ever had the misfortune to come into contact with. Lure you in, promises promises, as soon as the've got you the problems begin!!!! no curtesy calls, no feed back calls, to be honest NO NOTHING!!!! They only advertise properties that they have sold!!! explain that one, is one going to look for a property thats already been sold!!! I could go on for ever. Make sure you do your research before giving them a call, better still DON'T BOTHER PICKING UP THE PHONE TO CALL THEM. Just one more thought, on my way to work i noticed two properties for sale with FOX AND SONS 6 weeks later they were up for sale with another estate agent. I rest my case.
