I have 8 fully managed buy to let properties with FK. They are straight forward, efficient and over more than 10 years voids have been very few and short in length. Just don't it's all pretty and lovely on the inside of the office . But once you've been a tenant with them you realise what bad service you had and lack of customer care . Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
