Fees were fair (x% plus VAT, no sale no fee), not the cheapest but I believe you need enough of an incentive for the agent to fight your case and get a good price.

Cluttons charged us so much money that was never mentioned. There was a check out fee of £100, and wanted to keep £400 from the deposit for cleaning, without even getting our consent before.
