Frustrated is an underestimation. After speaking to 4 people at the Wokingham Branch, sending in emails as well as being assured a manager would contact me, nothing.......Will definitely not get any of our business whether buying or selling. No customer... Read Full Review

I saw a property with the group for sale, I emailed them and asked specific questions(more than once) and for them to not contact me via phone due to signal problems where I live, not once have I received an email detailing my query, only to say they couldn't reach me. I saw a property with the group for sale, I emailed them and asked specific questions(more than once) and for them to not contact me via phone due to signal problems where I live, not once have I received an email detailing my query, only to say they couldn't reach me. It's like emails do not get read and if you are like me you want information in black and white. I think this is very poor and I have already told them so. Not that it's made any difference... Poor customer service that's all I have to say!
