Chancellors are the most unprofessional estates agents I have ever seen! They cancelled my three viewings in a week and lied to my about what apartments where really available. Chancellors are the most unprofessional estates agents I have ever seen! They cancelled my three viewings in a week and lied to my about what apartments where really available. They waisted my money on booking my train tickets in advance and the staff are rude and lies to you. STAY AWAY from Chancellor. Instead go for Breckon and Breckon or Scott Frazer

Arabella Wiltshire is the letting manager for the Botley branch and the person who dealt with our letting process. We were a bit confused about what we needed to do and worried about who would rent our property. She made the "journey" extremely easy and she found the perfect tenants giving us the peace of mind we were looking for and making us feel very satisfied while we also had the time to deal with other matters other than the "letting process" of our property. We would highly recommend this professional to anyone who is looking to rent their property and to feel relax about it! Glad we found her!

Chancellors offered a very fair and competitive fee
Chancellors Ref. 12524ME2 From start to finish Chancellors (mainly Terry Proxton) made the process of selling our property as painless and straight forwards as possible. We much appreciated the honest approach and solid guidance given at every stage and the overall support was much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble and, even though you could argue 'that's what you pay for', our honest opinion is that they went the extra mile and always with a smile. Within a week of going to market we had several 'viewings' each managed very professionally by Chancellors. We received and accepted an offer of the asking price within 14 days and completed within 6 weeks! We would have no hesitation in recommending Chancellors to anyone either selling or buying.

What agent could do to change your mind?
You could of apologised. Not one person has accepted any blame in our situation. You have belittled us, and you have most certainly conned us.
We want to see action from you, but nothing has happened.
If you reimbursed us for the cost of the garden and cleaning, and sorted out the spare room and pipe in utility room, like you had originally promised, then we can forget all about this and move on, as we are reasonable people.
To me it seems as if you are just keeping us hanging by a thread, until we eventually give up and sort it out ourselves, at our own cost!
You have done absolutely nothing, and we have called every day to see results.
We will NOT let this go!

Appalling experience, and the experience has only just started! The house was in given to us in the most shocking state! There were brown stains in the toilet! The kitchen in a disgusting state, oven and fridge had dirt all inside, there were disgusting drill holes left in the walls, carpet was filthy and there was a leaky pipe in the utility room! Nearly three weeks on, and they have done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. We have hired a professional cleaner at £140, and a gardener at £110 to get rid of the jungle they left us! It's as if no one has cleaned this house for years, the state it was left in! I have never seen anything like it! This has been a complete disaster, and myself and my partner are extremely upset, and we will now take legal action against chancellors. To anyone thinking of dealing with these con artists, please RECONSIDER. You will most certainly regret it.
