If zero star rating would have been the available - that is what BJB Sandbach is worth. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to deal with a respectful agent - go elsewhere.

If zero star rating would have been the available - that is what BJB Sandbach is worth. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to deal with a respectful agent - go elsewhere.
To sum up the experience- Awful customer service, bad attitude and unprofessional. The more serious concerns about the agents at this branch is that they regularly turned up days and times which hadn’t been agreed, “lurked around” after the viewers had been, gave misleading information when I agreed to go with them to sell house - have asked for a copy of agreement (never provided) and to top it off, it has since transpired that they had been disclosing personal information regarding my circumstances and sale of the house to friends and acquaintances.
The valuation they provided was also way off.
I have since had the listing removed with BJB.

On the third attempt the estate agents gave me a call explains the house had sold that day! I could have and would have gone to what the vendors had wanted if butters john bee only communicated. Looks like the estate agent Debi Lloyd was obstructive through the whole purchase.

Looking for a family home to rent long term in Sandbach. Went to view a detached house, looking great...until we went into the garden. HUGE Koi carp pond that was waist height possibly 20ft x 15ft wide and very deep. Took over almost a third of the garden. No mention of it at all in details, not on pictures of garden (smallpond was mentioned).
Poor communication, never returned calls or emails, had to chase over and over again. Owner was a lovely chap and also had house up for sale. Felt very sorry for him as he clearly was getting a very poor service from them.
