Excellent service from the team.
Very happy to be settling into my new home. In challenging times they guided me through the process and kept all parties in contact. There were some delays but caused by the sellers solicitors. They were helpful and professional from day one. Would recommend.

The property I am renting is riddled with black mould and damp and Breckon and Breckon will not help me, I first reported it 9 months ago and have had to chase them up so much since and they’ve still not sorted it. The property I am renting is riddled with black mould and damp and Breckon and Breckon will not help me, I first reported it 9 months ago and have had to chase them up so much since and they’ve still not sorted it. Completely non-existent property management. They are so slow moving it’s unbelievable, you have to chase them and remind them ten times before they do anything, it takes them weeks to do it, and they have left me living in an extremely mouldy damp flat with a small child putting our health at risk for months on end! I would not recommend unfortunately they clearly don’t care about their tenants health. It is a shame because the we love the flat but just don’t want to live in mould and I’m at a loss of what to do.

Awful experience with this agency. After emailing and calling multiple times being very interested in a property, they never got back to me or replied to any questions I had. Finally arranged a viewing and decided to take the property only to be ignored again for another week and then finally told it had been sold and there was no evidence of me ever going around the property. Badly organised and terrible communication skills. Won't be using them again.

This agent thinks they can charge people whatever price they say:
- £240 single person reference fee
- £114 tenancy renewal (probably the expensive I've come across in Oxford)
- checkout fee - undefined in the contract, meaning they can potentially charge any amount they want when you move out
They know their fees are ridiculous, they hide it behind some pathetic little "agent fees apply" notice.
Just say no. Greedy bunch.
